I am opening the shop again for online orders although there will be certain changes moving forward. It is imporant to reduce risks as far as possible and therefore trips to deliver the post to the local sorting office will be restricted to twice a week (Monday and Thursday). I am able to deliver the parcels to Royal Mail with very little or no contact ensuring this is managed safely. The worskshop is (still) closed to visitors but I can continue production there and maintain a level of 'isolation'. If you order I will endeavour to get the orders out as soon as possible but ask for your continued patience with the current delivery services. Royal Mail (RM) are seeing unprecendented levels of mail without any additional staff. Indeed, many offices and depots have staff shortages due to some being in high risk categories and/or self isolating. They are working as hard as they can and I know we all appreciate their efforts to help us.
